Our practice area

You need to live in our practice area to register with us.

Our area is shown in the map below.

If you already live in our area and move to within a quarter of a mile outside the boundary, you can stay registered with us. If you move to within a quarter of a mile of the boundary from outside our area, you cannot register as a new patient.
