First contact mental health

Our first contact mental health practitioners work at the surgery and support patients aged 6 and over.

They can:

  • help work out what support you need
  • offer advice
  • help you find support in your community
  • refer you to specialist services if needed

Appointments are by phone or face to face. Ask at reception for more information.
