Test results

If your test results show you need more tests or treatment, we will contact you. A doctor will call you if there is anything seriously wrong.

Once a doctor has reviewed your results, you can:

• view them in the NHS App or your NHS account
• view them in SystmOnline
• phone us on 01423 887733 between 11am and 5pm and reception will help you

Reception cannot explain results in detail, but they can arrange a printed copy once a doctor has reviewed them, or book you a phone call with a nurse or doctor.
