Summary Care Records
An NHS Summary Care Record (SCR) is a short electronic copy of key health information taken from your GP record, containing your current medicines, allergies, and bad reactions to medicines. It helps authorised health and care staff give you safe and fast care when your regular GP is closed or when you need emergency treatment.
To have a Summary Care Record with Additional Information shared. This means that any authorised, registered and regulated health and care professionals will be able to see a enriched Summary Care Record if they need to provide you with direct care.
